A very interesting thought on regalurity that I read in Jim Rohn’s book.

 

Do you agree that eating apples is healthy? (I don’t mean the mobile phones.) Or at least different fruit? When you eat an apple/orange/….and you eat one piece a day, you will be healthier (because vitamins) right?

What if you don’t eat one a day but then, at the end of the month, you will eat 30 apples at once?

Will you be healthier? No, you will feel sick and probably, throw up too.

That is how it works with everything in life.

We often want to feel better or be in shape. Therefore, on one day we exercise for 3 hours but then for 2 weeks we don’t (because no time). Have you ever been there?

The only thing that would be way more healthier would be to exercise only 10 minutes a day. That would bring much higher impact and in terms of time, it would be time-consuming in the very same way.

#1 / When you don’t have time to practice (mindfulness, physical exercise, jogging, yoga, whatever), you had better do it at least for few minutes but keep the schedule, every day. You will not throw up and be healthier.
