Can’t keep up? Would you like to experience less stress and solve daily problems and obstacles more calmly and with ease? The Life Leadership course is as practical as possible and combines the knowledge of time and stress management, positive psychology and mental well-being. You will learn how everyday worries and personal and professional goals can be managed more easily, how not to go crazy and how not to be overwhelmed by the stresses and pressures of the environment we live in. We can feel content not only on holiday, but also for the rest of the year.

 

Course outline:

lifestyle – how taking care of our physical health affects our mental health and how the mental side affects our physical health
balancing work and personal goals – organizing life and work space (important activities vs. urgent activities, how to make time for what’s important), scheduling time
stress management and practical tools to combat short- and long-term stresses
ways of dealing with problematic situations – positive thinking training and positive psychology tools
meaning, values, focus and attention as keys to success, energy management and burnout prevention
