The Life Leadership course is as practical as possible and combines the knowledge of time and stress management, positive psychology and mental well-being. You will learn how everyday worries and personal and professional goals can be managed more easily, how not to go crazy and how not to be overwhelmed by the stresses and pressures of the environment we live in. We can feel content not only on holiday, but also for the rest of the year.
