How emotions affect us, how to recognize them and, most importantly, how to work with them. Create a healthier approach to managing your own emotions and emotions of other people, and experiencing them more happily.


Course content:

the relationship between emotions, thinking, bodily reactions, behavior, and influences from the external environment
negative and positive emotions – what unfulfilled or fulfilled needs are behind them, our experience of emotions in the body and their manifestation in non-verbal communication
how to work with your own emotions – how to become more aware and express them calmly; techniques for managing your emotions and building mental resilience
how to recognize and respond to emotions in others
preventing negative feelings in others and the skill of empathy
